Tubex ECOFOREST
Protective tube with greenhouse effect conceived to facilitate the establishment of the plant, protecting it from mechanical actions and physical damages caused by animals.
Specially designed for its use in forestry planting.
Tubex ECOFOREST is a protective tube made from UV stabilised polypropylene. It is an only twin-wall piece, which makes easy its quick installation with a stake or without it (in heights up to 60 cm).
 It has been made from non-recycled material to avoid rapid crystallization, so it becomes reusable.
Designed to last 5 years, depending on the sunshine hours it can have a useful life of 7 or 8 years.
It has a flared top rim to avoid abrasion in the plant stem.
It also has a self-opening laser line that makes this product different from other treeshelters. This self-opening laser line guarantees the burst of the shelter when the growth of the trunk exceeds the diameter of the tube before its degradation.
There is also a Tubex Ecoforest VENTILADO characterised by its micro-perforations in the whole of the perimeter.
It is an economical treeshelter that helps to reduce costs in forestry plantings.

- Optional to tie to a stake: releasable ratchet ties, wire ties and special rubber bands, depending on the type of stake and tube.
